Prices
Rates are per night for 2 guests and include breakfast.

Discounts for additional guests:

• Ages 0–2.99: free of charge

• Ages 3–5.99: 70% discount

• Ages 6–13.99: 50% discount

• Ages 14 and up: 25% discount

 

Local Tax
The local tax is €2.50 per person, per night. Children under 14 are exempt.

Cancellation Policy
There is no statutory right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant a contractual right of withdrawal in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code under the following terms:
• Up to 3 months before arrival: deposit retained
• Within 4 weeks before arrival: 70% of the total price
• Within 1 week before arrival, or in case of late arrival/early departure: 100% of the total price

Arrival & Departure
As much as we know you’ll wish to stay longer, we kindly ask that apartments and rooms be vacated by 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. Please note: arrivals and departures are not possible on Mondays, as this day is reserved for ourselves and our family.

Food & Catering

Breakfast — Included in Your Stay

• A treat every morning: breakfast is delivered to your apartment at 7:00 a.m., beautifully arranged so you can simply sit down, savor, and start your day in complete relaxation. Afterwards, we take care of clearing everything away.

• Your breakfast, your choice: would you prefer to enjoy it in our charming courtyard tavern or on the sunny terrace? Just let us know, and we’ll prepare it for you. For a truly special start to the day, you can also have breakfast in the vineyard, about 500 meters from the farm — at the BEGOS (garden furniture) with a panoramic sunrise view. (Please note: breakfast in the vineyard is not available on Mondays.)

• Every Sunday, we bake fresh farmhouse bread for you.

• Half Board — Available on Request (except Mondays and Tuesdays)

• From Wednesday to Sunday, join us for dinner in our cozy farm tavern. Savor a rotating menu of seasonal dishes and local specialties, all freshly prepared with care — a delicious way to end your day. €25 per person.

 

Culinary Highlights on Mondays and Tuesdays

Monday and Tuesday are our dedicated family days, which means our farm restaurant and wine tavern remain closed. Breakfast is served as usual, and in the evening,  you can look forward to delightful alternatives:

• A cozy evening in a mountain hut – On one of the two evenings, you might enjoy a convivial night at the Hofer Alpl, high up in the mountains. A delicious dinner is included in the price; drinks and the transfer to and from the hut (€14 per person) are not included.

• On the other evening, you may choose from the following options:

  1. Marende platter of cold cuts – We’ll be happy to deliver a generous South Tyrolean Marende – with hearty cold cuts, traditional Schüttelbrot, alpine cheese, and fine Speck – directly to your apartment on Sunday evening. Enjoy it on Monday or Tuesday, either in the cozy atmosphere of your apartment or outdoors in the vineyard, seated in the BEGOS garden lounge. Please order your Marende by Sunday evening at the latest.

  2. Cooking dumplings – On Sunday evening, we’ll gladly bring you fresh dumplings along with simple cooking instructions. Prepare them yourself in your apartment on Monday or Tuesday and enjoy them with a crisp lettuce salad freshly picked from our garden.

  3. Dining out in the village – On request, we can reserve a table for you at one of the local restaurants or pizzerias on Monday or Tuesday evening (for guests with half board, €25 per person will be deducted from the dinner price). Please let us know by Sunday evening if you’d like us to make a reservation.

• Exclusive rooftop dinners in the Dirnkommr apartment – Available from Wednesday to Sunday only.

• Insider tips – We’re happy to recommend excellent restaurants and pizzerias in the village.

• Törggelen in autumn – Join us for traditional Törggele evenings in our courtyard tavern, complete with roasted chestnuts, hearty meat platters, and young wine.

Minimum Stay
To truly experience our farm and the beautiful nature around it, we recommend staying at least three nights. For stays of only two nights, we charge an additional €25 per day. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations for just one night. We appreciate your understanding.

Payment and Deposit
You can either pay in cash on site or transfer the full amount in advance. A deposit is required to secure your booking.

Farm Shop and Farm Products
Feel free to pick fresh herbs from our garden and – depending on availability – salad and vegetables as well. Just ask us when you’re here. On request, we can also leave a bottle of fresh milk and some eggs outside your apartment door each morning.

In our small farm shop, you’ll find our own farm products such as wine, vinegar, homemade juices and fruit spreads, herb salt, and more, along with seasonal products from other farms in Fiè allo Sciliar / Völs am Schlern (subject to availability).

Bus Pick-Up Service
Our farm is centrally located, with a bus stop just a few minutes’ walk away. We’re happy to advise you on traveling by bus and train. On request, we can pick you up from the station – please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

South Tyrol Guest Pass
During your stay, you’ll receive the complimentary South Tyrol Guest Pass, which allows unlimited use of all public transportation within South Tyrol, including regional and regional express trains to Trento.

Parking
Free parking is available directly at the farm.

​

Bicycle Rental
Bicycles can be booked at “Gasko” in Siusi / Seis and picked up there. For an extra fee, delivery and pick-up can be arranged. As our guests, you’ll receive a 10% discount (book here)

 

Children’s Equipment
Children’s equipment (high chair, step stool, travel crib, children’s cutlery) is included in the price.

Pets
We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs – on request and for a fee of €30.00 per day.
