As the day winds down and the Dolomites glow in the evening light, there’s just one thing missing for a perfect ending: a delicious dinner made from the finest organic ingredients. At the Huberhof, you can book half board from Wednesday to Sunday and enjoy an evening meal in our cozy farmhouse tavern for €25 per person.
We cook in harmony with the seasons, using produce from our garden, meat and dairy from our own animals, and ingredients from trusted local partners. Expect high-quality dishes, prepared with care and served with a warm smile.
Romantic Dinner
For two
PRIVATE DINNER IN YOUR OWN APARTMENT
On request, we’ll serve dinner right in your apartment. If you’re staying in the Dirnkommr apartment, you can enjoy a rooftop dinner on your private terrace. In all other apartments, we’ll set the table for a candlelit dinner for two.
CULINARY DELIGHTS ON THE ALPINE PASTURE
Spend an unforgettable evening in a mountain hut, surrounded by nature and your loved ones. On Mondays and Tuesdays, when our farm restaurant is closed, you can dine at the Hofer Alpl. We’ll cover the cost of one evening meal per stay (drinks and transport not included).

Monday and Tuesday are our family days; our farm restaurant/Buschenschank is closed on these days. Breakfast will be served as usual, and in the evenings, other special highlights await you:
On Monday or Tuesday, a convivial evening awaits you at the Hofer Alpl hut in the mountains at 1,364 meters. Enjoy breathtaking views and, under a cloudless sky, stargaze.
If you've booked your holiday with us with half board, dinner in the rustic hut is included in the price. Drinks and the return trip to the hut (cost: €14 per person) are not included.
Sunset Treats: A South Tyrolean Marende to Savor
From Tuesday to Sunday, we’ll be happy to prepare a traditional South Tyrolean “Marende” – a hearty afternoon snack – delivered to your apartment. Tuck into home-smoked bacon, spicy Kaminwurzen sausages, our own Alpine cheese, fresh-baked bread, and more.
Want to make it even more special? Enjoy your snack in the middle of the vineyards. Just 500 meters from the farm, our sheltered BEGOS garden lounge awaits – offering privacy, comfort, and panoramic views as the sun sets over the Dolomites.


Together in the Kitchen
Cooking together is about more than just food – it’s about sharing time, laughter, and good conversation. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, and our farm shop offers fresh seasonal ingredients.
On Sunday evenings, we’ll bring you homemade raw dumplings and crisp lettuce from the garden. All you need to do is cook the dumplings, toss the salad – and enjoy. Prefer dining out? We’re happy to reserve a table at a local restaurant or pizzeria. If you’ve booked half board and dine out instead, we’ll deduct €25 per person from your dinner price.
Törggelen Evenings in Autumn
Törggelen is a beloved South Tyrolean custom – and an absolute must during your autumn holiday. At our farmhouse tavern in Fiè allo Sciliar / Völs am Schlern, we host convivial Törggelen evenings with roasted chestnuts, traditional meat platters, and young wine. It’s all about sharing good food in good company, celebrating the harvest, and spending an unforgettable evening in an authentic atmosphere.
By the way: the stone cellar that now houses our farmhouse tavern was once home to a “Torggl” – a wooden wine press used over a century ago.

Not staying with us? You’re still warmly welcome to dine here. We serve freshly prepared South Tyrolean classics – from hearty Marende snack platters to bacon dumplings with organic beef goulash from our farm, and traditional Schlutzkrapfen pasta from the Eisacktal Valley.
Everything is homemade, and as many ingredients as possible come from our organic farm and garden. Our farmhouse tavern and restaurant will be open from August 2025, Wednesday to Sunday. Free parking is available directly in front of the house.
