The finest organic breakfast at the Huberhof in Fiè allo Sciliar

Let us spoil you! When you’re on vacation, the last thing you should worry about is breakfast – that’s our job. Your day begins with a spread of the freshest organic products from our farm, served in the courtyard restaurant, out on the sunny terrace, delivered right to your apartment, or – on request (Tuesday through Sunday) – enjoyed among the vines in our vineyard.

Wake up to sunshine, seasonal fruit, and a colorful array of garden-fresh flavors. Relish warm eggs from our free-range hens, crusty loaves from Messner’s natural bakery (or our own farmhouse bread, baked fresh every Sunday), aromatic Alpine cheese, homemade apple juice and iced tea, creamy yogurt, fresh cow’s milk, and bacon from our own pigs – carefully smoked in our stone cellar according to an old family recipe. This is how mornings are meant to taste.
